The New York composer Eve Beglarian (1958-) has composed chamber, choral, and orchestral music, as well as music for music theatre, engaged in collaborations with choreographers, and created performance projects. She has been described as a “humane, idealistic rebel and a musical sensualist” and her body of work is known for its “innovation, risk-taking, and experimentation.”
